The hotel is perfectly situated in the very center of Liverpool, close to Lime St and right in the heart of town. My room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the staff was extremely helpful in sorting a lower floor room for me. The location couldn't be better for a night out in Liverpool, but it could have been a bit more homely in terms of décor, and having an ironing board available would have been a nice touch.
